Information Collection and Use

When providing the Impakt Services to you, we collect your information in the ways described below. Information you provide: When you register an Impakt account, take part in platform contests or sweepstakes, purchase membership services, upload content, conduct paid transactions, or use platform features, you may proactively provide us with various personal information, including but not limited to your Impakt username, name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, the likeness and voice contained in uploaded content, order and transaction-related information, third-party payment accounts, credit card numbers, and billing information. Of these, likeness, voice, and bank card information are sensitive personal information; we will clearly inform you of the specific purposes before collection and will process them only after obtaining your separate authorization and consent.

Automatically collected information: When you access or use the Impakt Services, we automatically record and store information about your device through Cookies and other similar technologies. A Cookie is a small text file containing alphanumeric characters that is sent to your browser. We strictly distinguish between necessary Cookies (which keep the service running) and non-essential Cookies (advertising, data analytics); non-essential Cookies may be enabled only after your active consent, and you can manage them at any time in privacy settings.

The information we automatically collect includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, unique user identifiers, device and browser types and identifiers, referring and exit page addresses, software and system types, clipboard content (read only when you initiate a paste action), and information about how you use the Impakt Services. Examples of information we automatically collect include:

  • (a) ensuring proper adaptation of the application’s runtime environment and version verification; the clipboard is used only to support paste input, and its original contents are not uploaded automatically;
  • (b) retaining necessary information so that you need not re-enter it on this and subsequent visits;
  • (c) compiling and retaining overall platform usage data, such as total visitors and pages visited;
  • (d) recording your registration, submissions, and participation status in various promotional activities.

Use of Camera Permission

Camera permission is used only for features you initiate, including real-time exercise motion tracking, body scanning, image recognition, taking photos, and recording videos. We request camera permission only when you enter a feature that requires the camera. If you deny permission, features that depend on the camera will be unavailable.

Information obtained from other sources: We may obtain supplementary information from third-party channels, such as advertising partners, other application services you use, or social platforms you authorize us to access.

If you access the Impakt Services through a social platform, or link the Impakt Services with a social platform, we will collect, store, and use such supplementary information and content after obtaining your explicit consent.

We use such information to supplement the user data already collected, in order to provide you with a more tailored and secure service experience and to optimize platform services, data analysis, and promotional services. If we combine information from third-party sources with information collected directly by the platform, the combined information will be managed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We will share your personal information as agreed below:

We disclose relevant information to service partners that provide services to us, for example: providing website hosting, maintenance, and security services; processing orders; conducting data analysis and generating reports; providing specific feature services; or assisting us in optimizing existing services and developing new features and services. We require partners to process information strictly in accordance with this Privacy Policy, to use the information obtained only within the scope of authorization, and to take reasonable confidentiality measures; we also sign confidentiality agreements and data-compliance agreements with partners that clearly define the boundaries of data use and liability for breach.

We will not proactively share your personal information with affiliates or subsidiaries. Where such sharing is involved, we will separately inform you and obtain your separate consent. All affiliated entities that receive information must comply with this Privacy Policy, or adopt information-protection measures no lower than the protection standards of this policy.

Except as described in this Privacy Statement, when your personal information may be shared with a third party, we will inform you in advance, and you may choose whether to consent to the sharing.

The Impakt privacy settings page lists the privacy-related choices available to you when using the Impakt Services, including how to query, update, or delete the personal information we retain. Please state in your request your email address, name, contact address, contact phone number, and the relevant reasons. To protect your privacy and information security, we may verify your identity before granting you access to information or modifying related information. You must properly safeguard your account, password, and other exclusive information, and bear full responsibility for the security and confidentiality of your account’s use.

Please note that, under special circumstances provided by laws and regulations, we may continue to lawfully process your personal information based on public interest, legitimate business interests, or the performance of statutory obligations. To the extent permitted by law, you have the following rights:

  • to obtain access to or a copy of part of the personal information we hold about you;
  • to refuse our processing of your personal information for direct-marketing purposes (including marketing based on user profiling);
  • to correct or update inaccurate or outdated personal information;

  • to restrict the ways in which we process and disclose your specific personal information;
  • to transfer your personal information to a third-party service provider;
  • to withdraw consent previously granted to us to process personal information.

The specific rules for exercising the above rights will strictly follow the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations.

  • Account → Deactivate my account
  • or
  • Account → Report a problem

For Impakt Services other than www.impakt.cn, you can go to the “My Account” section of the corresponding service to update or delete information bound to your account or to deactivate your account, or you can submit a service ticket.

After account deactivation, we will retain only the necessary information required to be retained by laws and regulations.

Third-Party Services and Websites

The Impakt Services may provide links to third-party websites or services. The privacy policies of such third parties are not governed by this Privacy Statement. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of the corresponding third-party websites and services to understand their information-processing rules.

If you access third-party services through the Impakt Services (such as WeChat, Weibo, or other third-party applications), or bind your Impakt account with a third-party service, we will, after your active authorization and separate consent, share with that third party the information necessary to implement the access or binding function (including username and account-binding records). In addition to the foregoing necessary information, to optimize the cross-service experience, analyze feature usage, and troubleshoot technical issues, we may share your usage data and diagnostic information with that third party. We will separately inform you of, and obtain your separate consent for, such information sharing. For example, to complete the purchase of digital goods (such as games or in-game items) and the distribution of rewards, we may provide necessary related information to app developers, game developers, and game publishers.

Extensions

The Impakt Extensions program allows streamers to embed interactive, customized content and applications provided by third parties on their channel pages. Through the attribution links or icons provided by Impakt on the page, you can view details of the extensions used by a particular channel. When you click, use, or interact with an extension, the developer of that extension may obtain the device and behavioral information described in the “Automatically collected information” section of this Privacy Policy. Unless you click “Grant permission” within the extension, or, as a streamer, install the extension on your own channel, we will not provide the developer with your username or user ID.

Please note that information you proactively provide to a developer through a web form within an extension, by visiting the developer’s official website, or by similar means, will be governed by the developer’s own privacy policy. We recommend that you review the relevant developer’s privacy policy. We are not jointly liable for a developer’s independent collection and processing of your information.

Advertisers and Analytics Providers

Impakt may use third-party web analytics services within the Services. These service providers use various tracking technologies (such as Cookies) to analyze how users use the Impakt Services. The information collected (see the “Automatically collected information” section) may be collected directly by such providers or shared with us, and is used to assess your use of the Impakt Services.

We may cooperate with third-party advertising networks, advertisers, and advertising data-analytics providers to deliver targeted advertising to you within and outside the Impakt Services and to measure advertising effectiveness. We may share with (or such third parties may directly collect) data such as Cookies and mobile advertising identifiers in order to run advertising campaigns (including understanding your responses to ads and delivering relevant ads to you). Impakt also cooperates with third parties to deliver ads to you outside the Impakt Services. Only with your separate consent will we share your email address (after hashing) or resettable device identifiers, for cross-platform matching and ad reach and effectiveness optimization.

Advertisers on the Impakt platform, or their commissioned agents or service providers (collectively, “Impakt Advertisers”), may, through technical means, deliver the ads displayed on our Services directly to your device. In that process, they automatically obtain certain data, such as your IP address. They may also use Cookies (or similar technologies) to measure the effectiveness of their ads and personalize ad content. This Privacy Statement does not apply to the independent tracking technologies and information-processing practices of third-party advertisers, over which we have no control; please review the privacy policies of the relevant parties yourself. To learn about the relevant advertiser entities and choose to opt out of their advertising, you can visit our privacy settings page.

Information Security

Impakt uses multiple administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the integrity and security of your personal information, with safeguards adjusted according to the sensitivity of the information. However, no protection method or system is absolutely secure. We cannot absolutely guarantee the security of information you transmit to Impakt; such transmission is at your own risk. We do not promise that such information will not be subject to unlawful access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction as a result of physical, technical, or administrative safeguards being breached.

Information Retention

Impakt will retain information related to your use of this platform for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, the period required or permitted by laws and regulations (for example, for tax, accounting, or compliance-traceability purposes), or the period otherwise notified to you. After the service purpose is achieved or the retention period expires, we will promptly delete or anonymize your personal information. After you apply to deactivate your account and delete your profile information, we will delete all information not required to be retained by laws and regulations.

Protection of Minors’ Information

If you are a minor aged 14 or older but under 18, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy under the supervision and guidance of a parent or other guardian before using Impakt and related services.

Personal information of minors under the age of 14 is sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly collect or retain the personal information of persons under 14. If we discover that such information has been collected without a guardian’s consent, we will immediately take measures to delete it.

We consider it the guardian’s responsibility to supervise minors’ use of this product and service.

If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor under the age of 14 who has registered for the Impakt Services, and you have questions about the personal information of the minor under your guardianship, or wish to deactivate the account or delete related information, please contact us through the customer-service channels on the official website www.impakt.cn.

Merger or Sale

If Impakt, or part or all of the assets related to the Impakt Services, is acquired by a third party, merged with a third party, or undergoes a proposed change-of-ownership transaction, in any of the foregoing circumstances we reserve the right to transfer or assign the collected user personal information as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change-of-control matter, including during due diligence. The transferee must continue to comply with the information-protection standards of this Privacy Policy and must not lower the level of protection of user privacy.

International Data Transfers

Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, the personal information collected by Impakt may be stored and processed in the user’s region, or in other countries/regions where Impakt and its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and service providers are located and maintain operational facilities. Among these, personal information collected or generated within mainland China shall be stored within mainland China; where it is genuinely necessary to provide it overseas, we will, in accordance with the law, carry out a personal-information protection impact assessment, complete a data-export security assessment (if applicable), sign a standard contract, and obtain your separate consent. If we provide your personal information to the above entities, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that such entities adequately protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Statement and applicable laws and regulations.

Changes and Updates to the Privacy Statement

Impakt reserves the right to modify, revise, supplement, or remove parts of this Privacy Statement at any time (for example, to adapt to Impakt service updates or changes in relevant laws and regulations). Please review this Privacy Statement periodically to stay informed of changes. After a change to this Privacy Statement is announced, for non-material changes the updated content takes effect immediately. If you do not agree to such changes, you have the right to stop using the Impakt Services. For material changes, we will separately obtain your separate consent. For personal information previously collected under an older version of the Privacy Statement, we will not, without the consent of affected users, make material changes to the relevant policies and practices that lower the level of protection of that personal information.

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 28, 2026

Account Policy

Unless expressly permitted by Impakt, each user is limited to registering and using only one account. This policy is intended to maintain fair use of the platform, safeguard the security of user accounts, and ensure compliant platform operation.

Ownership of Usernames, Account Names, and Personalized URLs

All usernames, account names, and personalized URLs related to the Impakt Services are at all times the exclusive property of Impakt; users have the right to use them during the period of use.

By registering an account or selecting a username or personalized URL, the user is deemed to know and agree that they hold no exclusive ownership or proprietary rights in such identifiers, except as otherwise agreed in this Agreement. Impakt reserves the right to modify, reclaim, or delete any username, account name, or personalized URL under reasonable circumstances, including but not limited to: impersonation of others, trademark infringement, prolonged account inactivity, or violation of any Impakt policy. Without Impakt’s prior written consent, users may not, on their own, sell, transfer, rent, lend, or license a third party to use their username, account name, or personalized URL.

Usage Rights

Video files you record and edit on the platform are by default retained only locally on your device, and the system will not automatically upload them to Impakt servers. Only after you proactively initiate an upload-and-publish action and confirm authorization will the relevant video content be uploaded and stored on the platform server, for use in your own publishing, sharing, and related services. For video content you proactively share publicly, you agree that Impakt may display, disseminate, or promote it within the Impakt platform, the official website, newsletters, and official social-media channels (including but not limited to Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc.) in order to showcase platform content, community activities, and service operations.

Risk of Injury

Participation in any form of physical exercise involves an inherent risk of injury that cannot be completely avoided. By using the Impakt platform as a visitor or registered member, the user indicates that they are fully aware of, acknowledge, and assume on their own all risks related to physical activity, including but not limited to participating in fitness courses, sports challenges, and various activities provided by the platform, and interacting with Impakt’s partner institutions.

Users should be fully aware of their own physical condition and conduct various exercises on their own within the limits of their physical condition and ability. Impakt strongly recommends that users consult professional medical personnel and fitness instructors in advance before starting a new fitness program or engaging in high-intensity exercise, and take proper exercise precautions.

By using this platform’s services, the user voluntarily acknowledges the inherent risks of exercise, voluntarily participates in the relevant exercise, and bears the exercise-related risks on their own; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Impakt assumes no legal liability for personal injury, property loss, or adverse consequences caused by the user’s own improper operation, physical discomfort, exercise errors, or the inherent risks of exercise.

The exercise advice, movement analysis, data assessment, and related content provided by Impakt are for reference only and do not constitute any medical advice, diagnostic opinion, or professional treatment plan.

Prohibited Conduct and Consequences of Violations

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any non-compliant, cheating, or fraudulent conduct, including but not limited to: cheating to inflate exercise data, falsifying exercise records, using scripts, plug-ins, automation programs, or bot tools to interfere with platform operation, maliciously registering multiple accounts to improperly obtain platform benefits or gain an unfair advantage, and various non-compliant or fraudulent acts aimed at profit, manipulating leaderboard data, malicious volume inflation, or disrupting platform order.

If a user engages in any of the above violations, the platform has the right to take measures against the offending account and associated accounts, such as warnings, feature restrictions, shadow risk-control, temporary bans, permanent bans, and forced deactivation, and also has the right to confiscate or void all platform rewards, earnings, and benefits the user has obtained, is to obtain, or could reasonably expect, without bearing any compensation liability to the user.

Earnings and Monetization

Overview: All earnings displayed or announced within the Impakt platform, including commissions, referral rewards, activity rewards, and other performance-based earnings, are illustrative reference data and do not constitute any legally meaningful payment commitment, earnings guarantee, or contractual offer. All settlement amounts, activity eligibility, earnings-calculation rules, and payout standards are independently determined by Impakt according to operational rules. Impakt may adjust and optimize earnings rules from time to time based on operational needs and compliance requirements, and the adjusted rules are binding on both parties.

Settlement cycle: All earnings are subject to a settlement review, freeze, and verification period of no less than 60 days after a valid transaction is completed. This period is used for payment verification, fraud checks, refund reconciliation, and chargeback-risk prevention. To ensure compliant platform operation or to meet the requirements of payment service providers or regulators, Impakt has the right to adjust the settlement freeze cycle and payout timeline within a reasonable range, extend it as needed, and notify users in advance.

Referral and affiliate programs: By participating in the Impakt referral program or affiliate program, the user is deemed to have voluntarily read, understood, and fully accepted all monetization and promotion rules. All referral data, valid users, and earnings details are based on the original records of Impakt’s back-end system; if there is a discrepancy between the front-end display and the back-end data, the platform back-end data prevails. For earnings determined by the platform’s system and manual review to arise from fraudulent promotion, false traffic, abnormal volume inflation, self-dealing, malicious extraction of platform benefits, abuse of activity rules, or conduct contrary to the program’s original intent, Impakt has the right to withhold, reduce, fully deduct, or directly void such non-compliant earnings.

Tax responsibility: The user independently bears all tax obligations arising from earnings obtained through the Impakt platform, and must, in accordance with the law, calculate, declare, and pay individual income tax and other related taxes on their own. Impakt does not provide any tax-consulting or tax-planning services; except where laws and regulations expressly mandate withholding, the platform has no obligation to withhold taxes for users, nor, to the extent permitted by law, does it bear any responsibility for consequences such as the user’s tax evasion, late tax payment, or tax penalties. If any third-party recourse, claim, or regulatory penalty arises from the user’s earnings-tax issues, the user must compensate Impakt for all resulting losses.

No guarantee of earnings: Impakt provides users with tools, participation channels, and monetization opportunities for compliant earnings, and makes no express or implied promise or guarantee as to any user’s earnings amount, earnings stability, or profitability. A user’s final earnings are affected by factors beyond the platform’s control, such as personal effort, operational behavior, market environment, activity rules, and user quality. The earnings estimates, sample data, and statistical reference values displayed by the platform are simulated reference data and have no legal binding force.

Account review and handling of violations: If Impakt determines that a user has violated these Terms of Service or platform rules, engaged in fraud or cheating, data manipulation, malicious abuse of benefits, improper extraction of platform benefits, or other conduct harming the platform’s lawful interests, it has the right to unilaterally suspend, restrict, freeze, or terminate the user’s account access, and also has the right to withhold, recover, or void the user’s earnings that are pending settlement, settled but unpaid, and all unpaid earnings. If the user objects to such handling, they may appeal through customer-service channels.

Resolution of earnings disputes: For any dispute related to platform earnings, settlement, withdrawals, or reward distribution, the user must submit a review request in writing (a platform customer-service ticket) to Impakt within 30 days from the date the dispute arises, and provide valid supporting materials. Failure to raise an objection within the time limit is deemed acceptance of the settlement result for that period and a waiver of subsequent rights to appeal or seek recourse. All earnings disputes are independently reviewed and determined by Impakt; except where prohibited by law, the platform’s determination is the final and effective result and is binding on both parties.

Changes to monetization terms: Impakt may, based on compliance requirements, business adjustments, or operational-optimization needs, unilaterally revise, suspend, or terminate any monetization feature, referral program, earnings activity, and related functions at any time. Term or feature adjustments take effect after announcement; if the user continues to use the relevant platform services, they are deemed to voluntarily accept all changes. If the user does not accept them, they may stop using the relevant features or deactivate their account.

Exchange Rates

Overview: Unless otherwise expressly stated by the platform, all transactions, earnings statistics, and settlement amounts within the Impakt platform are uniformly calculated and recorded in Chinese Yuan (RMB), the sole legal currency for settlement. Amounts displayed in other currencies are for convenient reference only, are converted and displayed based on the real-time exchange rate of the day, and do not serve as a basis for settlement.

Exchange-rate source: The exchange rates displayed by the platform are provided by third-party financial-data service providers cooperating with Impakt. Impakt does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, real-time nature, or error-free quality of the displayed exchange rates; affected by market exchange-rate fluctuations or fees, the actual settlement rate may reasonably differ from the displayed rate.

Conversion and fees: If a transaction or settlement involves currency conversion, the final applicable exchange rate and related conversion fees are independently determined by Impakt or its partner payment service provider at the time of transfer and settlement. The user bears on their own all fees and exchange costs incurred by their personal account-opening bank, payment institution, and intermediary banks; the platform does not bear such additional fees.

Disclaimer for exchange-rate fluctuations: Any amount differences, losses, and deviations arising from exchange-rate fluctuations or market spreads between the display date and the actual settlement date are borne entirely by the user; Impakt bears no liability for making up differences or for compensation. Once funds are successfully disbursed to the user’s account in the settlement currency, this constitutes the final settlement result.

Order of Precedence

Overview: If this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service conflict with, are ambiguous against, or are inconsistent with the content of Impakt’s official website, app, mini-program, community, or other promotional or notice documents, the terms of this document shall prevail in all cases.

Scope: This includes but is not limited to platform marketing materials, promotional copy, in-app notifications, help-center documents, FAQs, social-media posts, and user-facing announcements; even if their descriptions of platform functions, benefits, rules, or earnings differ from these terms, this Agreement shall prevail.

Interpretation: If content announced through different channels contains discrepancies in wording or ambiguities in rules, this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service shall prevail in all cases. Impakt lawfully holds the right to interpret the terms, and has the right to define the scope of application of the policy, correct ambiguities in the terms, and standardize the execution standards of the service.
